Privacy and Cookie Policy

Effective from 31. 7. 2026

This document describes what personal data we process when you visit this website, why, for how long, and what rights you have. For simplicity, "cookies" here means cookies as well as similar technologies, i.e. tracking pixels and browser local storage.

1. Who processes the data

No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as we are not legally required to do so.

2. Data from the inquiry form

When you send a viewing inquiry, we process the data you enter in the form together with technical data about the submission.

Legal basis: processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). For technical data the basis is our legitimate interest in securing the website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention: we keep inquiries for a maximum of 3 years from the last communication, then delete them. Providing the data is voluntary, but without a name and phone number we cannot contact you.

3. Cookies

Without your consent we store nothing in your browser except the essential files listed below. Analytics and marketing tools only start after you allow them in the consent bar.

3.1 Essential

They ensure basic site functions. Under § 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. they do not require consent and cannot be switched off.

3.2 Analytics — consent required

Google Analytics 4. Used for traffic statistics: how many people visited and which sections they viewed.

3.3 Marketing — consent required

Google Ads. Used to measure conversions from ad campaigns and to display relevant advertising. This includes building an advertising profile of your browser (profiling for advertising purposes). No automated decision-making with legal effects concerning you takes place.

If you allow marketing cookies, Google may also store files from its own domains (google.com, doubleclick.net), in particular for remarketing. Google publishes an overview of these in "Types of cookies used by Google".

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. Recipients are only the service providers we need to operate the website:

  • Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you give consent.
  • the web hosting and e-mail provider storing the data on our servers.

Transfers outside the EU: Google may make the data available to Google LLC in the United States. The transfer is covered by the European Commission adequacy decision under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework of 10 July 2023, in which Google LLC is a certified participant, and additionally by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. How to withdraw or change consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.

  • Using the link Cookie settings in the site footer.
  • By deleting cookies in your browser. See your browser help under "clear cookies" (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all allow this in privacy settings).
  • Using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

6. Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right to:

  • access the data and obtain a copy,
  • have inaccurate data corrected,
  • erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

You can exercise these rights at the e-mail address given in section 1.

7. Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe we do not handle your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we add a new measurement tool. If the scope of processing you are asked to consent to changes, we will ask for your consent again.
